About Workplace Mental Health Training

Workplace Mental Health Training deliver courses created and licenced by MHFA England. They are based on up to date academic research, developed by people with lived experience of mental health issues alongside sector experts. The courses are rigorously piloted before launch, and feedback is regularly reviewed, with guidance and statistics updated as part of an ongoing product development cycle. Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities. We limit numbers to 16 people per course so that the instructor can keep people safe and supported while they learn. I am passionately committed to improving the culture of the working environment and thus benefiting staff, their employers and their customers. I aim to make working environments a more compassionate and humane place for employees to spend their working lives.
