We love to offer bespoke, engaging & genuinely effective corporate wellbeing services. The corporate wellbeing market can at times take a cookie cutter approach and so we take pride in offering unique workshops and programmes based on years of personal exploration and experience. We believe in working from the inside out rather than the outside in. She has provided soulful corporate wellbeing services to organisations in Ireland since 2014. Having previously worked in a busy Dublin stockbrokers she understands the demands of a fast paced lifestyle. She loves to share with others tools that have changed her life for the better - Mindfulness, Self-Care, Cyclic Wisdom, Movement, Self-Reflection, Meditation and so much more. Kate is passionate about facilitating meaningful conversations, authentic connection and unapologetic self-care.
