workshops.work B.V. is a community-based training agency specialising in live, online training for multinational companies and their global (remote) workforce. We deliver engaging educational experiences at scale, with careful attention to detail that ensures a warm, personal touch in every interaction. Our expertise lies in workshop-based employee and leadership development. As a boutique agency, we offer an end-to-end solution, from (co-) designing customised training workshops and materials to delivery in 15 languages. This is made possible by our community of 30 independent facilitators from 21 countries and spanning six continents. This diversity allows us to respond to any training request and deliver consistent workshop experiences worldwide, adapting to specific cultural needs while maintaining unified training methods. We developed a robust backend and infrastructure that enables us to run hundreds of workshops without involving unnecessary logistic or scheduling efforts from our clients who refer to us as trusted partners, reflecting the deep relationships we build. Our mission is to help participants acquire new skills, build meaningful connections, and foster a sense of community within multinational organisations.
