About Worksite Fitness
Movement Restoration starts where Physical Therapy ends. Many people recover from an injury or surgery, complete physical therapy, and follow structured rehabilitation programs - yet they still struggle with pain, weakness, and limited mobility. They’re cleared to return to daily life, but their bodies tell a different story. The missing link? A comprehensive approach that goes beyond traditional rehab - one that integrates strength, stability, and movement restoration to ensure a full return to function and performance. That’s where Movement Restoration begins. I design training programs around mobility, stability, strength, and posture. Using Gray Cook’s Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and other assessments, I identify movement inefficiencies and prescribe targeted exercises—ensuring optimal mechanics before adding load. Once a strong movement foundation is in place, I introduce progressive strength training, focusing on deadlifts, squats, and presses. Too often, these exercises are either taught incorrectly or given to individuals before they’re ready. I ensure that no one I train is asked to perform a movement they haven’t properly prepared for. I use various forms of periodization, built around your sportsseason, competition schedule, or lifestyle. This method ensures consistent progress while prioritizing longevity, injury prevention, and peak performance. My clients don’t just build strength - they restore movement, improve posture, and develop confidence in their bodies' natural abilities. Some even lose weight along the way. Many come from a sedentary lifestyle, where hours of sitting cause stiffness, poor mobility, and chronic discomfort. Through movement restoration and strength training, they counteract the effects of inactivity, naturally lose weight, boost energy levels, and improve overall resilience - whether it’s reducing back pain, moving freely, or simply feeling stronger in daily life.
