Workspace Architects provides a complete service for the planning, design and delivery of office design, building refurbishment and earthquake strengthening solutions. For the past 25 years Workspace Architects has been proud to work with many of New Zealand’s leading businesses, building owners, landlords and tenants. We’re known for our in-depth knowledge and expertise and our pragmatic approach – exploring, identifying designing and implementing successful solutions. OFFICE DESIGN We deliver dynamic design solutions that invigorate spaces and working environments, facilitate staff communication and provide opportunities for new ways of working. BUILDING REFURBISHMENT We design refurbishment solutions that allow buildings to reach their full potential, often converting existing spaces to new uses. Our portfolio includes heritage buildings as well as modern office towers. EARTHQUAKE STRENGTHENING We guide clients through the complex compliance issues and co-ordinate ‘whole building drawings’ to bring together the structural solution, services engineering and architectural scope. Our approach is hands-on and collaborative. We roll up our sleeves and get stuck in to all aspects of the project to ensure that we deliver the best possible design solution to our Clients. Our aim is always to fulfil our Clients’ expectations – we know we often exceed them because nearly 80% of our business is repeat business.
