With over 10 years of full-stack development experience, Giovanni was naturally drawn to the capabilities of the monday.com platform. Having solved vertical-specific business changes with this next-generation work OS, he is able to bring a higher level of expertise and insight to every project. For his part, Michael brings over 20 years of experience as a software executive, having worked with some of the largest enterprises in the world. Throughout his career, he realized that most small businesses simply do not have the resources necessary to acquire or customize the software in a way that would make a true impact on their business.
