CREAFREE The human being is one of the weakest animals on earth. His prosperity results from his capacity to adapt through his high intelligence. Private property is concentrated in a few families that monopolize private initiative through the old industrial property system (patents and trademarks). The Industrial Revolution generated high growth but strong inequalities. Human creativity was under-exploited because it contradicts the interests of the establishment. As machines became more powerful, production threatened the future of all life on earth. The producers became extremely polluting, exceeded the nature’s capacities of renewal and destroyed a large part of the common heritage of humanity. Until recently, no serious measures were taken to stop the destruction because of dominant industrial interests. Following the expansion of the digital world, the power of industry has reduced considerably. All the labor work which presents a repetitive character is progressively transferred to robots handled by software. The importance of intellectual power is taking precedence over industrial power. We have entered the Creational Era. Creation factor has become the driving force of the economy. SmC is developing an International Creations' Fund to promote ethical and disruptive creations that will allow 7 billion creators to change the world and save the future of our planet. For this purpose, it has developed the Creafree Standard which freely allow any human being to write a "Creabook" and build a superior and universal property title. This title allows startups to promis attractive Return On Investment and raise the necessary finance to develop their creative projects. This International Creations' Fund is presently raising money to implement the free intellectual property system that will: • Enlarge private initiative to all creators • Promote a long-term sustainable framework for R&D • Exploit fully the creators’ responsibility.
