Our Founder and CEO, Brian Edward Cooke, Jr., learned the importance of helping our military back when his father was part of World Airways’ Operation Babylift, rescuing over 2500 Vietnamese babies from an under-seige Saigon in 1975. That sense of duty and service, doing the right thing, has stuck with Brian ever since. With 20+ years of experience under his belt, Brian’s expertise in mortgage lending has made him one of the top professionals in the field. He’s been-there, done-that; becoming the #3 nationally-ranked broker by Scotsman Guide Top Mortgage Broker in 2024. What he has seen through the years is that our valued Veterans have had a tough time when it comes to purchasing a home. All this has all led to the creation of World Home Loans.
