With over 35 years of experience in the Hampton Roads area, World Martial Arts is proud to offer martial arts for everyone! We believe that martial arts are a way of life to build strong bodies, minds, and spirits that can achieve any goal and live life to the fullest. Martial arts teach so much more than just self-defense! For children, we have a great character building program to develop focus, discipline, and self-confidence. Adults benefit from stress relief and weight loss, in addition to increased work motivation and enjoyment of life. With this mindset, we have formed a warm and welcoming community of students, parents, instructors, and staff, that make this dojang (the Korean word for martial arts school) more than just a place to train - it is home to our Taekwondo family.
