Join us in supporting the evolution of the snowsports industry through collective learning and global leadership. World Women’s Snowsports Organization unites women snowsports professionals by consolidating knowledge and fostering community. We provide a platform for sharing expertise from top female coaches across various organizations and disciplines, supporting and evolving the industry through collective learning and global leadership. The snowsports industry is incredibly disparate. Knowledge silos are buried in various organizations. Information highlighted and shared is largely skewed towards men’s coaches. We have so much to learn from each organization; our collective knowledge is stronger than our individual knowledge. Incredible women’s coaches exist across these organizations and various disciplines. In April 2025 the WWSO will be launching their inaugural International Summit. APRIL 20-26, 2025, Kitzsteinhorn-Kaprun Glacier Ski Area, Austria. The World Women’s Snowsports Summit brings together skiers, snowboarders, coaches, organizations, professional athletes, and more from around the globe. This event was created to provide a platform for female change-makers to build a community where through exchanging areas of experience and expertise, we can truly impact the future of snowsports for women. To achieve our goals, the World Women’s Snowsports Organization is supported by and relies upon the contributions of individuals, corporate partners, resorts, and foundations who share our vision of empowering women in the mountains.
