About Worldjob Plus HRD Korea

HRD Korea has been implementing global job services in order to promote the domestic work force to advance into the international labor market. Overall service for both employers and job hunters is provided in job areas of high world demands such as IT, business, construction, mechanics, etc. Also, many of the younger generations are developing their interests in making startups or getting a job overseas, thus the needs for government aid are constantly increasing. To fulfill these needs, the government is implementing a national task by the name of ‘K-move’ which integrates each departments’ programs that have carried out sporadically in order to support the younger Koreans challenge in going abroad. In this respect, HRD Korea is carrying out detailed projects of placement, human resource developed by specified skill training, funding for encouraging successful employment overseas. 한국산업인력공단은 국내인력의 해외노동시장 진출을 촉진하기 위해 1998년부터 정부차원의 공공 글로벌 일자리 지원사업을 수행해 오고 있으며, IT, 비즈니스, 건설, 기계 등 해외 구인수요가 있는 직종의 구인ㆍ구직자를 대상으로 해외취업에 관한 모든 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 또한 해외에서의 취업과 창업에 관심이 있는 청년들이 늘어나면서 청년들의 해외진출을 활성화하기 위한 정책적 필요성이 증가하고 있습니다. 이러한 상황에서 정부는 청년의 도전적인 해외진출을 지원하기 위해 그동안 각 부처에서 산발적으로 추진되는 해외진출 프로그램을 통합하여 청년해외진출을 내실있게 지원하고자 K-Move사업을 추진하고 있습니다. 이와 관련하여 한국산업인력공단에서는 해외취업 알선, 맞춤형 교육훈련을 통한 인재 양성, 해외취업정착지원금 등의 세부 사업을 수행하고 있습니다.
