About Wounded Buffalo Sound Studios
WOUNDED BUFFALO SOUND STUDIOS offer the very best in Sound Post Production. We are welcoming and friendly, and are proud of our enviable reputation for a creative and professional service. Situated in the heart of Bristol, we are within easy reach of the BBC, picture post houses and production companies. Our three studios are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and include the only Dolby Atmos Feature Certified dubbing theatre in the South West. In addition, we have five sound edit suites and offer a complete audio post-production service including sound editing and design, mixing, commentary recording, ADR and Foley recording. Established over 30 years ago we have a wealth of experience in all genres of sound, from Shaun the Sheep to Seven Worlds – One Planet. Our work has been recognised many times with numerous awards including Emmys and BAFTAs. Recent accolades include Jackson Wild – Grand Teton Best of Festival Award Winner for The Biggest Little Farm, BAFTA, EMMY and RTS West of England – Sound Winners for Blue Planet II and Golden Reel – Outstanding Achievement in Sound Editing Winner for Serengeti.
