We are the anti-consultants. We do three things and we do them really well: - We partner with clients to develop plans to acquire A players that will make a difference in the business. To this end we implement The Predictive Index tools which are the global standard for nearly 75 years. As a part of this process we help clients design job models that allow for matching A player strengths with job demands so that everyone wins! - We position new A players for success by helping clients design onboarding processes that drive early reasults. Onboarding is not about the first day or the first week - it is about the first 100 days of investing in employee success. - We implement the Run Toward the Fire (RTF) leadership development program with young and experienced leaders. This program helps leaders work through the hesitation that causes a fire or employee challenge to grow. RTF becomes a critical part of a client's leadership culture and impacts employee retention. - We offer Leadership Coaching to new leaders, sales leaders and the company's senior executives. Having a Coach who has founded companies, led companies, raised investment capital and had successful exits provides resources that leaders need. - Dave O'Brien, Woven's CEO & Chief Solutionary, also offers Board & Corporate Advisory services on request. Dave serves on two corporate boards along with advisory roles on several for profit and not for profit organizations.
