We’re the Waukesha Ozaukee Washington County (WOW) Workforce Development Board, a business-led volunteer board and the strategic conveyor, collaborator, and navigator for the WOW region's workforce ecosystem. • We fund demand-driven workforce programs and services for both job seekers and employers. • We’re one of 11 boards in Wisconsin created through federal legislation (WIOA) to guide and oversee the public workforce system including local one-stop job centers, • We work with economic development organizations and elected officials on macroeconomic issues impacting the region.
