We are a NH business that makes creative and innovative specialty foods. Our products include cheese pairing spreads, savory sauces, finishing vinegars, dessert sauces and gourmet chutneys. Our gourmet foods and gifts are handcrafted with superior attention to quality and craftmanship . Our company is based in NH and VT and has been awarded the NYC fancy food show sofi gold award 4 times and is a 2x recipient of Yankee Magazine's Editor Choice award. In collaboration with local farms and NH businesses we strive to create a line of specialty foods and gourmet gifts that center around community and sustainability with a focus on fresh all natural non gmo ingredients. A bit of history... Many of our kitchen creations came about out of necessity while working at sea. When time or lack of it becomes a major factor, I found a need for quality, gourmet, trusted ingredients. The need was ingredients of a standard high enough for yachts owners and guests, yet with the versatility to deliver delicious every day meals for captain and crew. After more than a decade at sea aboard luxury yachts I have used all my experience to develop a range of culinary condiments, sauces, vinegars and spreads. A one stop gourmet pantry full of bold sweets, savories, tang and spice. Wozz! started in Australia's Hunter Valley wine region in 2010 before moving to NH, USA in 2012. Our specialty foods are handmade from local in season ingredients, so the ingredients go straight from farm to table. Preservative, additive and gmo free. Honest creative ingredients, made by real people, made with passion. A passion for local, for quality and for inspiring the creative side in everyone.
