The founder, Benjamin Wigglesworth, is an experienced and qualified surveyor, previously a Director of an established company and now providing services independently. This allows us to spend more time with our clients and discuss the requirements in depth. We understand the value of communication and transparency, with this in mind we shape our service to suit the needs of our clients and their properties to create cost-effective solutions. We provide residential reports such as Building Surveys, Homebuyers Reports and Specific Defects Reports. As well as commercial reports such as Schedules of Dilapidation and Condition. We also offer Project Management and Party Wall services.
