The Firm was founded on December 1, 1951 by George H. Winededahl and Willis T. Caldwell and moved to its present location in 1960. For a few years it had a branch office in Silverton. December 1, 2009 the firm changed its name from Windedahl, Rangitsch and Thompson, CPA's to Windedahl, Rangitsch, Groeneveld & Norton, LLC. This was a result of Warren J. Thompson retiring in 2009 and Elliot P. Groeneveld becoming a partner in the previous year. Also on this date Robert L. Norton Jr. merged his practice with the Firm and joined us as a partner.
