About Wright County Community Action, Inc
Our Purpose To Prevent And Resolve Conditions Of Poverty In Partnership With The Community. Wright County Community Action (WCCA) was founded and has been in continuous service to the community since 1965. WCCA is a private non-profit corporation and the designated Community Action Agency serving residents of Wright County. WCCA actively pursues achieving its Mission through a focused range of highly successful programs throughout Wright County. Head Start Program services are also provided by WCCA in the western 1/3 of Hennepin County. Other WCCA programs include Energy Assistance, WIC, Foreclosure Prevention, Homebuyer Training, MNsure Navigation, Transitional Housing, Home Weatherization, Home Repair Loans, and Tax Preparation. Our organization also has a Clothing Center and Food Shelf. The programs and services operated by WCCA address key elements of life and the accompanying economic choices and issues that shape families, individuals and the community.
