About WRITEability

Established in 2006, WRITEability® provides top quality writing, editing, proofreading and photographic services to print and web-based clients throughout New Zealand. Owner Faye Lougher trained as a journalist in the early 1990s and worked on daily newspapers, both as a journalist and a photographer. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Journalism Studies from Massey University and a Diploma in Publishing from Whitireia Polytechnic. Faye’s articles and photographs have appeared in national magazines, newspapers and trade publications, including Next; Kiwi Rider; New Zealand Speedsport; The Evening Post; D-Photo; Subaru's Symmetry magazine; TUANZ Topics; Essentially Food; Real; the Kapiti Observer and Horowhenua Mail; the Army News and NZ Trucking. She has also undertaken research and provided writing, editing and proofreading services for clients such as Child, Youth and Family; the Ministry of Pacific Island Affairs; Department of Corrections; Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand; Telecommunications Users Association of New Zealand; the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand; UCOL; Fairfax; Massey University; Families Commission; Xperts; the New Zealand Historic Places Trust and the New Zealand Defence Force.
