The WSPT Wellness Program is a unique opportunity for the Bronx community to exercise, improve their health and receive wellness education. Drawing on years of physical therapy experience, WSPT now offers a comprehensive Wellness Program for the public. Our PTs and personal trainers will design a customized training program that is specific to your goals and needs. They are there to supervise, monitor, and assist you throughout your training. Our members appreciate the Wellness Program because they want to exercise, but often don't feel safe without the guidance of a trained professional. From your evaluation and orientation at your first visit you will be made to feel comfortable with our equipment. We'll continue to guide you through a program that is ideal for your particular needs.
