Wuw Wuw is a mission-driven company that connects people with reservations and appointments that they don’t want or can’t use to others who want access. In doing so, we reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations, helping businesses earn their unrealized revenue. We came about this idea as it stemmed from problems that we had experienced in our personal lives. We would constantly want to go out with friends while leaving scheduling reservations to the last minute. We wished there was a service that could allow for access to last minute reservations. In doing further research into this problem, we identified other related issues that were yet to be solved in a manner that allowed both consumers and businesses to come out on top. For example: 1) the lack of access consumers have to businesses with greater demand than supply, 2) the lack of a reliable and secure outlet to ethically repurpose your bookings while freeing yourself of cancellation & no-show fees, 3) the recovery of lost revenue from the supply of reservations ending up as cancellations or no-shows.
