Fitness, a healthier way of living, was a personal solution for pulling myself out of my many struggles. Because I did spend the vast majority of my life in the entertainment industry, I was able to share my success with a diverse audience…though, it has been on a very limited, piecemeal basis. The inability to personally attend to everyone deeply troubled me! So I’ve been thinking thinking thinking, taking everyone’s suggestions, needs, listening and…TADA! It’s my centralized information hub where I’ll be able to share everything from basic levels of fitness/nutrition to helping others overcome their struggles on a mental and emotional level.
