About WYM Rating
WYM Is celebrating our 10th year. We are a young practice, but with wise old heads. The three founding Directors having over 100 years of property experience. We offer Director level service provision. Where we do not have appropriate technical or geographical expertise, we will sub-contract to best in class service providers. Delivering results - We have an exemplary track record of delivering results, whether from mitigation of rates liability to securing maximum proceeds from property acquisitions & disposals and expert advice within Capital Markets. With over 90 years of experience, our Directors have the expertise to deliver on property projects, whether on ‘standard’ instructions or more complex and complicated projects. Whilst we have a track record of success we are not complacent. We understand and appreciate that future success depends on continuing with a focused and proactive approach.
