About X-Treme Care
X-treme Care, LLC. is a New York State Licensed Home Health Care Agency providing general Nursing and Para-Professional home care services throughout the five boroughs of New York City and Nassau County. We believe the patient’s wellbeing begins with his or her optimum independence in a safe and comfortable environment. We also believe the best care begins with compassionate, well-trained caregivers. Therefore, all our professionals undergo a thorough selection process and training in the full spectrum of home health sciences and care-giving techniques. Moreover, all of our employees are licensed, certified, bonded and insured. At the organizational level, X-treme Care, LLC. continues to make strides to improve our services for our community at large. Recognizing that members of many minority groups in New York City have difficulty accessing available services because of language barriers, we’ve hired and trained people from diverse nationalities to make health-related services more available to such patients. In addition to working closely with local government social services, mental health departments, general health departments, hospitals, nursing homes, HMO and with agencies providing services for the disabled to make quality health care more accessible, we have also established joint projects with local schools and universities and are working closely with local leaders to serve a greater role in our community. Our commitment to providing quality health services to our community has already earned us numerous awards and recognition from various community groups.
