We have expertise in providing legal and business counsel in the fields of United States intellectual property protection and licensing, drafting U.S. patent and trademark applications and prosecuting the same before the U.S. Patent Office, as well as cable, satellite, broadcasting, telecommunications and mobile technology acquisition, venture capital sourcing and investments, e-commerce, cyber security and board level advisory services. We provide our Asia based clients with 'local' access in Asia to our U.S. licensed attorneys who are admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Asia based clients avoid the 'middleman' and the need to retain U.S. legal counsel physically located in the United States over multiple time zones. As such, our fees are competitive and lower than most U.S. based law firms for U.S. legal advice and patent and trademark filing and prosecution. We similarly provide US based clients with services from our US locations.
