XEMA Co. Ltd. (formerly Xema-Medica) is a private company established 02/93 in Moscow. We are proud to maintain a high level of research work focused on several main research topics: - biochemistry and immunology of human and veterinary tumor markers (CEA, CA125, CA19-9, CA72-4, MUC1, cytokeratins etc); - immunochemistry of food antigens (especially prolamins of cereals, meat and fish species) - study of fungal antigens and development of immunoassays for evaluation of fungal contamination of foods and environment; Since 1997, we have entered a very tough market of finished in vitro diagnostic reagents with the broad panel of EIA kits, including determination of hormones, tumor markers, prenatal and neonatal markers, thyroid autoimmunity markers and infection serology. Besides, our company developed a number of kits for research use in medicine, eg Alveomucin EIA (diagnostics and monitoring of interstitial lung diseases), as well as EIA kits for veterinary use (Progesterone in cow’s milk- Cow pregnancy test), and use in food control, eg Total Fish EIA and Pork EIA (the test for quality control of pasta products). Since 1999, XEMA offers IVD kits and their components for Russian and international markets. We export our production to C.I.S. countries, Germany, Italy, Belgium, China, Israel, Turkey, Iran, Malaysia, Indonesia. Our annual sales in 2010 reached ca 7M USD.
