About Xi'an Semipower Electronic Technology
Semipower has R&D center in Shanghai, sales and service center in Shenzhen, Taiwan office and HK import and export business center. And it is one high technology enterprise engaged in manufacturing, developing, sale of MOSFET (from Low voltage to High voltage—whole series products), IGBT, diodes (including fast recovery diode and Schottky diode), bridge rectifiers and power management IC and so on. Xi’an Semiconductor power device test and application center is the important labs in Shaanxi province which passed CNAS and ILAC verification and is also national power device test and application center. The labs occupy 2500 square meters with 50 million RMB to finish construction. The main business for the labs include: power device parameters test, reliability test, system application analysis, failure analysis and so on. Except for the product quality verification work for company, the labs can also provide test and verification service for other companies, which is approved by National Accreditation Board as the Third party fair test experimental unit. Since the establishment for 15 years, Semipower has self-owned brand SAMWIN® and products are applied in charger, adaptor, LED power supply, TV power supply, PC power supply, server power supply, motor driver, internet communication products( set-top box), solar inverter, UPS, communication modules, EV charging piles and so on. The customers in home and abroad are Hua Wei, APPLE, SAMSUNG, NOKIA, LG, MOTOROLA, AS US, XIAOMI, MEIZU, OPPO, LENOVO, AMAZON---chargers for mobile phone and tablets, PHILIPS---energy saving lights and electronic ballast, Great wall—computer power supply, HP—laptop adptor, printer power supply, NFA—automotive electronics, KSTAR—UPS, Emerson—industrial power supply, TGOOD—charging modules, Chuangwei—TV power supply and our SAMWIN products are widely used for Russian LED power supply and Indian electronics.
