XLB has a strong track record in managing projects from design concepts to securing planning consents, managing the construction process to leasing the completed space. Detailed financial analysis, validated costs and well-researched occupational markets are vital to a successful project, together with creative designs and a high quality institutional specification. Project Management The project management team at XLB have a wealth of experience. Between them they have overseen the development of some 3.0m sq ft of commercial space on behalf of institutions, national property companies and major corporates.
