XLR8GRP (or Accelerate Group) grew out of a passion for great brands. Partially due to a fascination with the complex alchemy of emotional and rational factors that go into making them, but also because brands are more socially relevant, and important than ever. A strong brand idea, a purpose and a differentiating flag to plant are fundamental, but only the beginning — disciplined, authentic, consistent brand voice, attitude, and behavior stimulate growth and sustain peak performance. At XLR8GRP we operate from a simple belief that every brand needs a strong platform to become the best version of itself. The challenge is the demands put on marketers these days allow for less and less time, energy and resources to power the company’s most valuable asset, its brand. As a fallback, a CMO can rely upon the company’s advertising agency, but the focus there is on giving creative teams something inspiring and creatively juicy.
