Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, Tradition and values are the fundamental cornerstones of the whole XOLARIS Group´s doing. We are an investment management group that has been founded, developed and always been managed by our own Family Office. Therefore, we are all over free and independent from fast moving trends and thinking in quarterly figures. Our business with our partners and customers also reflects tradition and values. The name XOLARIS is derived from POLARIS, the North Star. This is one of the brightest stars in the sky and serves as a permanent guidepost. As a family owned group, we truly honour the responsibility that was entrusted to us, in the shape to be visible and transparent to our partner at all times while acting as a guide or as a rock in the surf in these fast pacing times. Our slogan "INVESTMENTQUALITY – MADE IN GERMANY" also embodies tradition and values. We also do realize the responsibility as well as the opportunity that our slogan portrays. Responsibility therefore, that we meet the expectations lying in the well-known seal of quality "Made in Germany". At the same time being aware of the opportunity to combine tradition and values with the respective conditions of the countries we are operating in for the benefit of our clients. For us, tradition and values also mean, to preserve the proven while always being open for new. We have learned that the only way to maintain tradition is to admit progress as an opportunity to confirm and even to improve the already proven.
