We provide the vision, leadership, and operational support to organize and implement effective solutions towards creating comprehensive marketing, outreach, and self-sufficiency program systems. We have 4 entities under the XP Synergy parent umbrella. Opportunity Now, Project CREATE, X-Press It, and PerXuade Opportunity Now works to reduce recidivism, encourage and equip people with disabilities to achieve self-sufficiency, prepare at risk students for better futures and close the workforce gaps of local employers. We provide resources that create positive individual change and uplift entire communities. The resources include education, training, skills development, mentoring, counseling, and employment placement. Project C.R.E.A.T.E. is a youth based communications internship that provides professional, character and confidence development. We work with students with disabilities, at-risk youth and youth eager to challenge themselves through media technology. Our interns develop skills in the following disciplines: video production, photography, graphic arts, marketing and public relations. Project C.R.E.A.T.E. blends theory and application while allowing students to grow and be challenged creatively. Industry professionals not only serve as instructors but also as mentors to aid in their journey. X-Press It is in the business of marketing and advertising. Our effective marketing and advertising involves strategic planning, relentless execution, attention to detail and a passion for excellence. We pride ourselves in rolling up our sleeves and getting on the grassroots level with the communities we are expected to reach on behalf of our clients. PerXuade is a full-service advertising/marketing agency. Since 2001, we have developed thousands of production and communication resources. We combine creativity with compelling narratives to educate and entertain. This "edutainment" approach allows our clients to engage and motivate their target audiences.
