About Xperient Training

Xperient is an international training company based in the UK and supported by a team of over 40 worldwide associates. Xperient was set up in 2007 by Nicola Burnett Smith and Ian Sanders. We specialise in designing and delivering face-to-face, blended and online training to help our clients with communication skills, management training and leadership development. What makes us special? We never forget the 'So What' of any training event. We are always looking for better ways to work and collaborate and we listen very hard to our clients. In the context of the Covid crisis of 2020 we have adapted our style to use online training platforms yet still maintain the interactivity and impact of our training events. After so many years working in Learning and Development in the private and public sector, we have a great many tools in our toolbox. First of all we are proud of our great team of facilitators - skilled not just in leading powerful discussions but also impressive at improvising and role-playing. Quick witted and good listeners, they are based all over the world and are often multilingual. Secondly, we use as many interesting and engaging techniques as we can to help participants find their own 'So What' - these range from coaching sessions both group and individual, roleplays and realplays, forum theatre and lively, acted-out demonstrations. Our sessions are engaging and challenging and always have purpose.
