Founded in 2014 XS Trade connects building companies, small and large, tradesmen and DIY enthusiasts all over the UK, creating economic opportunity for all AND helps the environment. It’s where construction companies and DIY enthusiasts go to shop, sell and sometimes give. We equip buyers and sellers with the tools, solutions and support they need to grow their businesses by making unplanned profits on their excess materials. The concept is simple: if you have left over building materials, XS Trade ensures you don’t have to skip them - you can sell them on making an unexpected profit. Our vision is to help to save waste which in turn helps towards saving the environment. An estimated 13% of all building materials - worth £1.5BN - are skipped every year in the UK. That is a shocking figure and one we believe to be totally unnecessary and want to help reduce by 2020. It’s open to everyone. we’re connecting thousands of buyers and sellers all around the UK, helping to reduce waste and create more profits.
