About Yanun Project Services

Founded in 2019, Yanun brings together lived experience, project delivery expertise, and a shared commitment to meaningful work. We deliver complex projects across Defence, Transport & Utilities, Energy & Resources, Social Infrastructure, and First Nations Collaboration and Advisory. With a growing national footprint, we’ve contributed to the successful delivery of over $18B in infrastructure across NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, and NT. Our name, Yanun, means “to communicate with others, to talk, speak and share” in Ngarrindjeri, the aboriginal language of Co-Founder David Mallett. That spirit of connection underpins everything we do—from partnering with clients to achieving strong project outcomes and creating social impact along the way. We believe in the power of projects to change lives. Whether through sustainable partnerships, employment pathways, or leadership in inclusive delivery, Yanun exists to help others live good lives and succeed on their own terms. We are proud to be Supply Nation certified, recipients of a UNESCO Achievement Award for our contribution to The Circle – South Australia’s First Nations Entrepreneur Hub, and recognised by NAWIC for driving equitable social change in our industry.
