About Yarn Collective
Yarn Collective creates natural and recycled textiles in distinctive colour palettes from subtle neutrals and pastels to deep and fiery hues. We work with leading interior designers, furniture manufacturers and hospitality clients, supplying them with textiles that help bring their chosen atmosphere to any design scheme or piece of furniture. At Yarn Collective, we are putting sustainability at the heart of everything we do. We want to help make it easier for our industry and our clients to be more sustainable, while still supplying textiles of the highest quality. We are committed to never having a large number of collections, as we feel that too often this only leads to unnecessary waste. Instead, we will always keep our number of ranges small, comprising of timeless textiles from cottons to velvets to bouclés that designers can return to again and again. By the end of 2022 our ambition is for at least 70% of our collections to be made with recycled materials. This is why we have just launched three new recycled cotton qualities Albee, Molly and Jack, environmentally friendly textiles beautifully woven with recycled cotton from the fashion industry that otherwise would have gone to landfill. With the help of Ecosphere+, we are proud to be a climate positive business, offsetting the carbon emissions created during the process of supplying and delivering our orders. In compensating for the environmental impact, we are supporting rainforest conservation projects in the Peruvian Amazon.
