Given this approach, we follow a robust process for selecting our Associates based on their experience and expertise before signing a standard formal agreement to be part of our Network. This gives confidence to our customers that the assigned Associate has the skills and background required to address their specific needs. The YAS Executive Team and our growing Associate network has worked across the full spectrum of public and private sectors, providing advice to senior government officials in over 30 countries. The majority of their vast experience is based in United Arab Emirates New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, and Canada on proposals for public sector reforms (public financial management, organizational designs, service improvements, policy proposals, changes to legislation, etc) and working on agency specific strategies, policies and projects.
