About YBC Foundation
June 10, 2014. It was a dark day in the life of Houston-based oil and gas businessman Younas Chaudhary as he learned that his wife, Bushra, was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. Chaudhary reflected deeply on the meaning of his life and translated his thoughts into his recent book, “Dirt Roads to Black Gold.” He felt that all of the proceeds from this book should go to his family foundation so that it will help the elderly in their quest to live independently. He was thankful for all the resources that he had to take care of Bushra but thought about those among us right here in our Houston community who have nowhere to go and cannot aspire for a good quality of life when struck with a debilitating disease like Parkinson's or Alzheimer's. All proceeds from the sale of this book will go to the Younas & Bushra Chaudhary Foundation (YBC Foundation). YBC Foundation email address is: info@ybcfoundation.com. Established in 2004 by Chaudhary and his wife, Bushra, the Younas & Bushra Chaudhary Foundation (YBC Foundation) believes that every human being must be treated with dignity, respect, care, and love. All funds raised will go to help the less fortunate and elderly right here in our greater Houston community and other communities. The YBC Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization (Federal EIN: 20-0479199) and donations are tax-deductible to the maximum extent allowed by law. It is our hope that those who purchase and read the book will be inspired and choose to make a tax-deductible donation to the YBC Foundation to help further its charitable purposes.
