YCCS provides reliable debt collection services for a multitude of clients, including government, municipal, judicial, medical, retail, service and private entities. We take pride in our professionalism, commitment to service, and Fair but Firm attitude. Our company was originally founded in 1948 as Yakima County Credit Service, Inc. Sheila Burns purchased the agency in 1976 and steadily extended our services to the larger Pacific Northwest region and across the United States. In 1987 the name was changed to YCCS - A National Collection System, reflecting our growth. YCCS now operates four locations in the state of Washington; our corporate headquarters in Yakima with branch offices in Kennewick, Seattle and Wenatchee. We serve our clients with integrity, contribute to our communities through a variety of associations, and strive to positively represent our industry by maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
