YDF Valves was established in year 1978, as one of the leading valve manufacturers in China, YDF specializes in the development of innovative design, through intensive R&D programs and a commitment to be a good partner of flow control system. YDF’s main product lines include Ball, Gate, Globe, Check, Butterfly and Power Station valves, size range of 1/2 inch up to 60 inch , pressure rating of 150LB~2500LB , capable material for carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, alloy steel etc., design temperature of -196~ 650 Deg. C, designed in accordance to standard of ASME, ASTM, ANSI, API, GB, BS, JIS and DIN Standard . YDF Valves have been widely used throughout the world in Oil, Gas, Chemical, Refining, Power Generation, Marine, Pipeline Transmission industrial and LNG application. YDF’s Sales Headquarter is located in SUZHOU city China, three valve assembly plants are located in YANCHENG city, China, Jiangsu Province, two casting foundry plants are located in BINHAI City, China, total YDF cover area are more than 200,000 meter square. Totally with about 800 employees, among which there have 86 engineers specializing in design, process engineer and quality control. All the facilities were based on the ERP system connecting engineering and warehouse system. In-house there widely use lots of CNC, Machining Center and Large lathes capable for big size and precious production machining. In house the testing capacities include high pressure gas, cryogenic, high temperature, fugitive emission, vacuum testing, life cycle testing etc. YDF’s quality assurance is dedicated to supply zero defect valves to customers with reliable service life. YDF has been certified with ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, CE/PED，ATEX, API6D, API 600, API591, API623，API 624, Ta-Luft/ ISO15848-1 low emission, ABS, BV, TS,CNAS,SIL and API607/6FA fire safe approvals.
