About YELL Canada

YELL Canada is a registered Canadian charity equipping young leaders for an uncertain future. With our network of educators, partners, and mentors, we bring the real world into the classroom, connecting youth to the stories, skills, and technologies shaping tomorrow. Together, we invest in young minds and create experiences that go far beyond the classroom. YELL ENT (Entrepreneurship) is our flagship program. Offered as a year-long accredited course, it gives students graduation credits while transforming their classroom experience. Teams tackle meaningful problems, tied to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, while learning business fundamentals like marketing, finance, and pitching. Along the way, they’re matched with mentors, hear from inspiring guest speakers, and test their ideas in real-world settings. The year culminates with the Venture Challenge, where students pitch their ventures to a panel of investors and industry leaders. YELL Careers (CLE/CLC) prepares students for life after high school, no matter the path they choose. Students explore their strengths, values, and identity while building practical tools like resumes, interview skills, and financial literacy. They dive into labour market trends, map out post-graduation options, and expand their professional networks.
