About Yellow Arrow Collective

Welcome to the Yellow Arrow Collective! The YAC is a safe, supportive community for individual and collective transformation. We offer individual and group programs, workshops, and events to help women and teens (parents, too) do the inner prep needed to successfully navigate life transitions, such as going to college or adult life, as well as life stage, career, and relationship changes. Our vision is to help people connect with their own inner wisdom so they cultivate the courage to move through uncertainty and into the lives they've imagined. Because we need each other, we do it together. We also cultivate the mind-body-nature-spirit connection that is vital to both our own and the planet's well-being. The Yellow Arrow Collective was inspired by Mary Beth Leisen's journey on Camino de Santiago, a 540-mile pilgrimage walk across Spain in 2018. The YAC adopts the three core tenets of the Camino in supporting people through their own journeys of transformation: (1) the generous, collective spirit; (2) the ultreia greeting encouraging pilgrims to reach deeply and move courageously ever onwards; and (3) the ubiquitous yellow arrows that reassuringly guide the way and witness pilgrim's increasing confidence, empowerment, and joy. We welcome your support, involvement, comments, ideas, and questions. We look forward to being of service in ways that transform lives and create community. And we honor each of you on your journey.
