Licensed general contractor, Kevin Warner, launched Yellow Ribbon Homes in March 2013 with his wife Cathy Warner. Kevin has over 40 years experience in home remodeling for family and friends. He and his wife remodeled their current home and opened a retreat studio for writers and artists called Bainbridge Island Ink. They have turned their passion into a business buying and renovating aging and distressed properties in Western Puget Sound, with a focus on Kitsap County, which is home to a large naval base. Yellow Ribbon Homes intends to work with veteran owned businesses when appropriate and has plans to hire and train veterans in the residential construction, small business fundamentals and entrepreneurship as our company matures.
