Yendall Hunter provides independent, objective, impartial, expert advice in relation to capital projects that have often failed to meet cost and / or schedule expectations. The focus of our work is often to provide independent and impartial advice to those involved in international construction and engineering projects (including employers, contractors, governments, insurers or funders) as to the causes of time and/or cost overruns, or advising on how deal with current problems on distressed projects. Our team has many years of experience working on projects across a wide range of project sectors including real estate, power, oil and gas, offshore and ship building, transportation, IT and defence projects, providing advice in relation to projects in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas. Yendall Hunter is headquartered in London, with a team spread across the globe. A significant part of the work of Yendall Hunter relates to the provision of expert witness services in formal disputes between parties involved in the development of capital projects, many of which may end up in litigation, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution. Yendall Hunter provides independent advice and assistance to parties throughout the dispute resolution process, up to and including the provision of testimony as independent expert witnesses at hearings. Yendall Hunter was founded by Andrew Yendall and Martin Hunter. Both Andrew and Martin were the former founders and co-heads of the successful international Construction Disputes & Advisory practice at Alvarez & Marsal and bring with them the experienced and successful team from A&M. Both Andrew and Martin provide hands-on advice to clients supported by the experienced team at Yendall Hunter.
