About Yenēsthae
Yenēsthae was born out of a desire to address the needs of an emerging market of fighters, the considerations of which continue to be ignored by training equipment manufacturers. Honest and innovative to our very core, we combine rigorous study of sports science, with human-centric design, to create products that make it easier to fall in love with combat athletics. Our patent-pending Striking Cell represents a rethink of conventional punching bags, the likes of which remain largely unchanged since the Ancient Olympics. Utilising a novel suspension system, the Striking Cell solves the engineering challenge of creating a hanging bag that is simultaneously soft, heavy and compact. Slimmer and heavier than most heavy bags, the Striking Cell is enveloped in a carefully-tuned foam system, making it the world’s first punching bag that’s designed for use without boxing gloves. Through clever engineering, the Striking Cell permits the usage of more sustainable leather options, and its product life cycle is vastly superior to conventional punching bags, which usually require replacement every 2 years.
