Yenta + Posha was created for women on the move. Whether she’s running around the office, chasing her kids, dancing the night away, or out exploring the world, it’s rare to spot a woman who’s not on her feet. And for years, women have had to choose between looking good or feeling good while making things happen. Yenta + Posha is changing that. We started by designing the research-based, patented insole. Then, built the shoe around the insole, with style and timelessness at the forefront of each design. Unlike most shoe designs, neither beauty nor comfort were an afterthought in this process -- form and function are harmoniously blended in all of Yenta + Posha’s shoes. Yenta + Posha shoes are specially designed with podiatrist-approved, patented, removable orthotic insoles. These insoles were created for our shoes, but their thin profile make it an easier fit for your other footwear. We are excited to be one of the first companies using bamboo charcoal leather as a cover. This material absorbs sweat and toxins, and is treated with an aegis microbial, a highly-effective antibacterial shield. The cushioning is Poron which allows for ultimate shock absorption without any breakdown over time. For added support, we extended the semi-rigid shell so it hugs the side of the foot and added solid gel under the heel. Surrounding this gel, we hid a strip of EVA between the layers.
