We combine innovation with ancient techniques: Yflavour produces authentic and delicious flavours for the alternative protein market using innovative fermentation technology. Thereby we can offer a complex variety of delicious aroma products from sweet to savory applications, such as bakery, superfoods, sauces and many more. We offer a sustainable solution to boost an environmentally friendly food alternative compared to intensive livestock farming. This novel technology allows us to use non-GMOs to produce various distinct flavours to serve different taste preferences around the world.
