About Yoga Awakening with Sue
Park City School of Yoga offers all-encompassing training, including the styles of Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Anusara®, and Kundalini. Our staff of 6 teachers will share their expertise in technique and alignment, meditation, anatomy, pranayama, meditation, emotional release techniques, and ayurvedic health. Unlike other trainings in the US, we encourage you to stay at our yoga residence along with the other participants. This will only deepen your experience as you immerse and begin to see how yoga becomes not just what we do on our mats but a lifestyle. You will learn how to heal yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally using the five elements, asana, meditation, emotional detoxification kriyas, and breathing techniques. We encourage you to dig deep as you explore your inner world during this 16-day intensive training program.
