Yoga Connections is a formerly Hot yoga studio that has transitioned into something more. It's a place where you can still find classes that may challenge you physically but also more restorative and life balancing classes as well. A place where you will be encouraged to find self-acceptance and comfort within yourself. At Yoga Connections we want you to feel welcome the moment you walk in the door, no matter what your age, size or fitness level. It doesn't matter if you wear the latest trend in active wear or your worn out comfy sweats. It doesn’t matter whether you have been doing yoga for years or are an absolute beginner. We offer a variety of yoga classes in a comfortable and gently heated environment. We love beginners and sharing the gift of yoga. Build strength. Find flexibility. Create calm. Feel good.
