Yoga Enlights enables you to access the transformational power of yoga to train your body and mind, and to rewire your brain. In a way, our mind is bias. It has its own agenda. Our wellbeing or personal idea of success are not necessarily part of it, but both our mind and brain can be reshaped. The way our mind operates is largely influenced by past experiences and how we labelled them, or responded to them. Both, distorted perspectives and our physical responses to stress can stem from childhood/developmental traumas, or, from painful experiences in later life which keep influencing or shaping the way we view the world. Old blueprints are likely to keep ruling the show until... 'Rewiring' our brain means reshaping some of the neuropathways that can lead to our nervous system's overload. Dedicating some time to a regular mind-body practice will prevents us from being tricked by unconscious thought or behavioural patterns, and enable us to help regulate our - partly, deregulated or strained - nervous system.
