Prior to becoming a yoga teacher, Anthea worked as an Holistic Therapist since 1991 which you will find informs the safety, depth and precision of her teaching. In addition Anthea qualified as a Certified Yoga Therapist in 2022, bridging the gap of western and eastern philosophies and sciences, including Ayurvedic medicine, talking therapies, counselling skills and trauma informed practices which support her working within a therapeutic field. Anthea now divides her working life between her yoga work and within a Perinatal Counselling Service in Glasgow, and when not working you can find Anthea curled up with a book, on her yoga mat, writing new practices, or with friends and family close to home or at the beach or on the hills.
